Hapkido means “The Way to Combine Mind and Body Power”, a specialized self defense based on fundamental offensive and defensive techniques.
It is a way of study which includes joint locking, throwing, striking, punching and kicking systems that are founded in the theory of circular defense.
A Martial Art using a combination of outer and inner strengths flowing together. Along with physical training made up of cardio-vascular, muscle strengthening, stretching and mental dexterity creates a unique and very challenging, rewarding program!
